Buster Bunny heads out for a Saturday of fishing armed with what he's sure are the best worms around, but while his friends are hauling in catches left and right, he can't seem to get even a single bite. As the day wears on and darkness falls with nothing to show for his efforts, Buster finds himself growing increasingly frustrated with his mysterious lack of luck.

Happy Rabbit finds himself mistaken for General La Pouf, commanding officer of the Foreign Legion, and decides to roll with the mix-up—dragging his reluctant pal Buddy Bear to Africa for what he promises will be the easy life. When the real General La Pouf shows up furious at the imposture, our heroes are sentenced to death at sunrise, only to be offered a desperate reprieve: spy on the bandit chieftain Ali Kafoozlum in the desert. With danger closing in and their luck running thin, Happy and Buddy discover that survival in the Legion is far more complicated than they bargained for.

Munchy Squirrel finds a bathing suit that's just his size at the local swimming hole, but his lucky break turns into a wild chase when the dangerous escaped convict Baby Face McBatt mistakes him for a fellow criminal and forces him back out into the line of fire. What starts as a case of mistaken identity becomes an accidental heroics story with a ironic twist ending that'll make you groan and grin at once.

Happy Rabbit lands a dream gig as an official candy taster at a sweet factory—getting paid to eat candy all day—but his impatience to afford a gift for Bonnie Bunny leads him on a wild chase through the confectionery works. A slapstick romp through vats, taffy pulls, and chocolate wrapping machines teaches our hero a lesson about shortcuts and honest work.

Cuffy Cat takes on his first delivery job for Cuffy's Delivery Service, tasked with getting a package of money safely to the Third National Bank on a particularly windy day. When disaster strikes during the delivery, Cuffy finds himself in hot water with an angry client—but there's more to this mishap than meets the eye.
