Harley Quinn #13
Power Girl and Harley Quinn make for one of comics' most entertainingly mismatched duos, and this February 2015 New 52 issue puts that dynamic front and center. Amanda Conner's cover captures the pair mid-chaos — Power Girl stoically clutching a small horned creature and what appears to be a dark-haired young man, while a gleeful Harley swings a purple object overhead against a backdrop of fire and destruction. Written by Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti with interior art by Chad Hardin and colors by Alex Sinclair, "Clock Blockers" looks like exactly the kind of gleefully anarchic adventure these two bring out in each other.
