Harley Quinn #4
Part of DC's New 52 line, Harley Quinn #4 (May 2014) arrives with the cheeky promise of a "Dys-Funk-Tional Family!" — and Amanda Conner's cover delivers exactly that chaos. Harley herself takes center stage, brandishing a golf club and a tennis racket while a giant novelty spoon looms below her, as two bound and thoroughly unhappy adults flank the scene and an angry toddler tugs at her pigtail. Written by Amanda Conner and Jimmy Palmiotti with interior art by Stéphane Roux, this issue — subtitled "Very Old Spice" — looks like an absolute blast of anarchic, sharp-edged humor.
