Harrow County #4
Tyler Crook's cover for this fourth issue of Cullen Bunn and Crook's Southern Gothic horror series is a genuinely unsettling piece of work — a gaunt, skeletal creature with glowing yellow eyes crawls upside-down across a doorframe, its flayed, exposed musculature rendered in sickly yellows and deep reds that make the image feel both visceral and hauntingly painterly. The kind of rural dread that Harrow County does so well is on full display here, and Mark Millar's pull quote — "Genuinely creepy and engaging" — feels entirely earned just from what's staring back at you on the cover.
