While on vacation with his wife in Curacao, Ray prevents a nuclear device from being stolen. Then, the Atom defuses an atomic bomb, but the bombers recognize Ray Palmer and blackmail him into letting them go. Atom tracks them and learns more about their leader, and then stops the thugs from using the bomb. But in the fight, both thugs mysteriously die. Is the Atom to blame?
