Howdy Doody and Dilly Dally try to deliver some Fourth of July fireworks to Mister Bluster at his yacht club, but a guard won't let them in. The guard accidentally sets off the fireworks on their boat, destroying it. Howdy Doody and Dilly Dally are made honorary members of the club for the great show.
