“Die Weisheit des Beobachters”

In "Die Weisheit des Beobachters," Stan Lee and Bob Fujitani craft a surreal, offbeat tale of a broke dreamer who stumbles into a Martian adventure after mistaking a space launch for a movie promotion. When a man hoping to see *The Man from Mars* on the cheap steps into a rocket marked "Be the First to see Mars," he's whisked away to a bizarre alien captivity—far from the cinema seat he imagined. The story's eerie, dreamlike tone is matched by Hans-Joachim Lührs' striking cover, capturing the moment of bewildered plunge into the unknown.

A deadbeat wants to see a movie called 'The Man from Mars' but since he doesn't bother to get a job, he's broke and has no money. When he sees a rocket ship with a sign outside that reads "Be the First to see Mars" he thinks it's a promotion for the picture and enters, hoping to get to see the movie for free. Suddenly, the rocket blasts off and he passes out from the acceleration. When he revives, he finds himself a captive in a Martian zoo.
