Humphrey Monthly #16

Humphrey Comics #16 is an anthology featuring two main stories created by Ham Fisher. "Little Max in Tall Tale" follows the diminutive Max as he attempts to eat at Joe's Restaurant, where a server tells him someone must carry the "Eat at Joe's" sign on his shoulders because he is too small, leading Max through various comedic encounters. "Humphrey in Snow Foolin'" depicts Humphrey caught between adults asking him to join their play and an invitation to join a snowball fight, where he ultimately becomes involved in the winter activity with the neighborhood children.
