Humphrey Monthly #21

This issue features stories of Joe Palooka's friend Humphrey created by Ham Fisher. In "Mopping Up," Humphrey tracks mud through his sister's clean kitchen floor and attempts to mop it up, only to create more chaos. "Hold That River" depicts Humphrey and companions on a boat ride that becomes perilous when the sheriff warns of an impending flood, forcing them to take action. The issue also includes "Humphrey's Noggin' Quiz," an educational feature where Humphrey asks questions about international trade goods and their countries of origin, covering bananas, cane sugar, wood pulp, tin, and rubber.
