Ibis the Invincible confronts a false ruler and a demon army threatening Egypt. A visitor arrives claiming to be Pharaoh, but Ibis denounces him as a fraud and declares he will teach men to fight. After a struggle involving horsemen and magical combat, Ibis triumphs over the false Pharaoh and his dark forces. The story concludes with Ibis's victory established and normalcy restored, with references to American soldiers fighting for freedom contrasted against the supernatural evil that has been overcome.
