iCandy #3
In "Roadside Distractions," Candy and Matt are pursued to a bus station by Childe’s consultants—only to be ambushed by a mysterious creature known as a bit-map. As Candy battles the entity, it vanishes, leaving behind only echoes of its digital origin. When a second bit-map appears, the fight takes a dangerous turn, and Candy barely survives the encounter. Written by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning, with art by Kalman Andrasofszky and colors by Udon, this issue delivers a tense, surreal escalation in the series. The cover, by Scott Iwahashi, captures the eerie, glitch-like menace of the bit-map in sharp, unsettling detail.
