The issue contains two main stories: "Wiseguy," in which a character in a red shirt repeatedly disrupts a construction site marked "Men Working" through various mishaps and pranks, causing explosions and chaos that confound the workers; and a scout campfire story about Little Hiawatha, an Indian brave who lived by hunting with bow and arrow, featuring animal characters and culminating in a confrontation between a fearful lion character and a smaller character, with themes of courage overcoming intimidation.
