This anthology issue features several stories: "Itch, Doughnut Brains, and Smiler" follows three young boys in various comedic misadventures involving lunch, haircuts, and schoolyard pranks. "Dreamy Dennis" depicts a boy whose wild imaginings—including encounters with a Super Film Studio vehicle—lead to chaotic situations. "Your Request Tale: Mika Makes Good," told by the Storyteller, recounts how a poor orphan girl named Mika overcomes hardship and cruelty to eventually find happiness and success. "Captives of the Round Tower" is a dramatic serial following Danny Blake and others trapped in a round tower, where Danny attempts desperate escapes and faces dangerous conflicts. Additional features include "Oliver the Wise Old Owl," which presents animal fables; "Chat, Chafe & Chuckles," a humor section; and "The Ovahneys," a comic strip about characters solving everyday problems.
