JLA #19
In "World Without a Justice League," the JLA’s fractured unity reaches a breaking point as Green Arrow confronts Batman in a rage-fueled showdown, his fury amplified by the lingering influence of Envy and the destabilizing presence of the Key. Written by Bob Harras and illustrated by Tom Derenick, with Dan Green on inks and David Baron handling colors, this pivotal issue sees the League’s bonds tested to the limit—before Batman ultimately restores order and the Seven Deadly Sins are once again sealed away. The cover, by Daniel Acuña, captures the chaos in striking detail.

The final confrontation between the man who tried to bring the JLA back together and the man who's splintered the JLA, the Key, reaches its frenzied finale! Green Arrow takes years of pent-up resentment (fueled by one of the escaped Seven Deadly Sins, Envy, and the newly amplified Key) and takes on Batman for breaking up the League!
