Jul 2005 · DC · 19.99 USD; 26.99 CAD

In the aftermath of the war, as most costumed heroes fade into civilian life, Tex Thompson returns from Europe with a new mission: to build a superhero for the Cold War era. With Al Pratt out of the running, Thompson turns to the reclusive former Dan the Dyna-Mite, while Paul Kirk, back from Europe and tormented by visions, finds himself on the wrong side of the law. Written by James Robinson and illustrated with sharp detail by Paul Smith, this issue blends political intrigue with personal mystery, all under a striking cover by Smith.
