Jughead's Double Digest #120

May 2006 · Archie · 3.59 USD
“Go Figure!”

In "Go Figure!", Jughead's knack for mischief takes a wild turn when a paper airplane prank spirals into a classroom panic—Miss Grundy swears Martians are invading, and Mr. Weatherbee is ready to defend the school, only to find himself chasing a real-life plane crash instead. With Samm Schwartz handling art, inks, and letters, and Rex Lindsey bringing the chaos to life on the cover, this Double Digest issue blends classic Archie-style humor with a perfectly timed twist.

Reggie pranks Miss Grundy by tying a tiny paper airplane to a fly. Miss Grundy thinks Martians are invading. Mr. Weatherbee sees it too and smashes it with a book, discovering the prank. Jughead passes a note by making a paper airplane of it and it flies out the classroom window, into Mr. Weatherbee's window. Mr. Weatherbee plans to intercept the meeting by the birdbath. He ends up being at the site of an actual plane crash.
