Jumbo Comics #6 is an anthology featuring multiple adventure stories. "Peter Purr" follows Peter and his friends as they seek refuge at King Diffraff's castle from the villainous Zula and his mechanical robot, which they must combat to save the kingdom. "Inspector Dayton" by Geo. Thatcher depicts the detective investigating a murder case where a ring found on a dead man matches the fraternity ring of a suspect, leading Dayton to pursue the culprit and uncover a conspiracy. "Spencer Steel" by Dennis Colebrook shows the detective trying to free Daisy Darrows from false imprisonment while searching for evidence to clear her name, discovering that a lying witness named Fence Andrews holds the key to solving the case.
