A rajah decides to build a dam to make his sandalwood logs easier to transport. The lake being formed floods Wambi's jungle. Wambi and his jungle friends pull down the dam. The rajah's daughter is caught in the torrent and is saved by Wambi who extracts a promise from the rajah to leave the jungle as it was before.
