Jurassic League #[nn]

A green, scaly dinosaur dressed in a tattered Batman cape and cowl dominates this cover, jaws thrown wide and a massive clawed fist raised in defiance — it's the Dark Knight reimagined as a prehistoric predator, and the image hits with real primal force. Juan Gedeon's linework gives the creature a raw, muscular energy, every shredded stitch of the costume and jagged tooth rendered with satisfying detail. Jurassic League is exactly the kind of gloriously odd concept DC comics does so well, and this French Urban Comics edition is a fine way to experience it.
