As the Justice League arrives to intervene, Xanadoth retreats—taking both Black Adam and Xanadu with her—leaving the team scrambling to understand the threat. With Nabu unreachable and tensions rising, the heroes must confront the mystery of Xanadoth’s return, guided only by fragments of forgotten magic. Written by Brian Michael Bendis and illustrated by Szymon Kudranski, Emanuela Lupacchino, and a team of inkers, with colors by Hi-Fi and Szymon Kudranski, and letters by Josh Reed, this issue features a striking cover by Yanick Paquette.

When the Justice League arrives, Xanadoth retreats, but takes both Black Adam and Xanadu with her. The heroes seek to reach out to Nabu to understand the threat of Xanadoth, but Nabu is not happy about being contacted.
