Justice League of America #25
In "The Second Coming Chapter Four: The Best Lack All Conviction," Vixen and a small team of Justice League members seek answers when her powers shift—only to discover Buddy Baker’s abilities have changed too. As Red Tornado, Batman, and Zatanna pursue Professor Ivo, Black Lightning shares a quiet moment with Hawkgirl, while Anansi begins his deadly work, erasing the League’s existence by altering fate itself. Vixen, however, slips through the cracks into a fractured reality, determined to restore what’s been lost. Written by Dwayne McDuffie and illustrated by Ed Benes, Doug Mahnke, Darick Robertson, Shane Davis, Ivan Reis, and Ian Churchill, with inks by Benes, Christian Alamy, Robertson, Rob Stull, Churchill, and Joe Prado, and colors by Pete Pantazis, the issue’s cover by Ed Benes captures the tension of a world unraveling.
