The Red Tornado seeks more answers in his current situation, and is led by the Phantom Stranger to where Green Lantern, Arsenal, and Black Canary are fighting an army of Red Tornados. Meanwhile, the deciding of the League members by Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman in the Batcave is interrupted by Black Lightning's and Hawkgirl's unexpected arrival.
