While Batman, Starman and Saint Walker recover at the Watchtower, Congorilla intercepts Donna's distress signal from the Emerald City and brings in the reserves. Unfortunately the reserves are possessed by Eclipso or defeated, leaving only Congorilla and Donna. Then, Batman, Starman and Saint Walker arrive. As the five heroes ready themselves for a final battle, Obsidian appears and surrounds the heroes in darkness.
