In the midst of a bitter civil war between two brothers, Dale and Jud Carden, Kid Eternity arrives with the spirit of General Robert E. Lee to broker peace—only to find both sides entrenched in hostility, unwilling to listen. As the conflict escalates and even the arrival of historical figures fails to quell the fighting, Kid Eternity must find a way to end the bloodshed without resorting to force.

In "Memo to Snap Shotz," a boastful photographer named Snap Shotz arrives in Toothpic Village to shoot promotional photos for the Ace Logging Company, only to find himself pursued and sabotaged by the paranoid foreman Axel Barks, who hates being photographed. As Snap Shotz tries to capture the mill and its workers, Axel attempts to ruin his reputation through increasingly absurd traps, all while Snap Shotz remains undeterred and oddly determined to get a portrait of the grumpy foreman.

In a time-twisting adventure, Kid Eternity confronts Dr. Marko, a scientist imprisoned for wartime sabotage, who claims to control time through a mysterious device. As the duo is pulled into the past, Dr. Marko attempts to alter history by sabotaging Columbus’s 1492 voyage, hoping to prevent America’s rise—but Kid Eternity calls upon legendary figures like Leif Ericson to prove that the past cannot be undone.
