"The Bo'sun's Tales of Billy of the 'Bullfinch'" follows a billy goat aboard a ship at sea who causes chaos and mischief among the crew, including incidents with the ship's provisions and equipment. In a separate adventure, Sexton Blake pursues the villain Ah Sing into the town of Shanchoo, where Ah Sing has kidnapped a flying disc and is using it to transport a sack containing the Buddhas; Blake must navigate the rooftop of a large building while avoiding Ah Sing's guards to stop the theft. The issue features these two serial stories set in different exotic locations, with adventure and comedic elements throughout.
