This is an anthology issue containing three stories. "Daffy the Cowboy" features a humorous tale of a character getting a bucking bronco and riding lessons that go comically awry. "Touch Tod and Happy Annie: The Runaway Orphans" follows two homeless children on the run from an orphanage who encounter various obstacles while being pursued by Mr. Stiggins, an authority figure determined to return them. "Nick and Nan and Stainless Stan" depicts three characters attempting a daring rescue mission in Dandor's fortress to free a captured radio operator and retrieve an invention, while evading the dictator's guards. "The Magic Apple" concludes the issue with a fantastical tale involving an enchanted ring and a magical apple that grants wishes, featuring characters Guy and Una caught up in supernatural adventures during a rain storm.
