“Desert Island Blues”

In "Desert Island Blues," Lobo, Telepath, and Fangor Wat are stranded on an asteroid after Lobo's cCycle breaks down, forced to wait out their repair. With time on their hands, the trio shares haunting personal tales—one of betrayal, one of tragic choice—each story unfolding in quiet, unsettling detail. Written by Alan Grant and illustrated by Quique Alcatena, with colors by Digital Chameleon and letters by Gaspar, the issue's cover by Barry Kitson captures the stark isolation of the setting.
