Lash La Rue rides into Knolltown to visit his old friend Breck Simmons, only to find the town turned against him after Breck’s son Danny is falsely accused of joining outlaw Utah Haynes’ gang. With Breck under suspicion and the townsfolk ready to lynch him, Lash sets out to clear Danny’s name by infiltrating the outlaw hideout in the Canebrakes, where he must navigate deception and danger to stop a planned bank robbery and restore justice.

Marshal Lash La Rue pursues a gang of outlaws to a remote canyon, where they retreat across a precarious rope bridge, confident he’ll never survive the crossing. As he climbs the treacherous trail, the fugitives plan to lure him onto the bridge, knowing its weakness will doom him—only for Lash to outwit them with help from his loyal horse, Rush, who’s been waiting on the other side.

Lash La Rue rides into the lawless "Untamed Territory" between Utah and Arizona, where outlaw leader Wolf Tate rules unchecked. When surveyor Jim Tuttle is targeted by Tate’s gang after surviving an ambush, Lash steps in to help him complete the survey, knowing he’s now marked for death.

Josh McRae enjoys pulling practical jokes on the new cowhand, Dan Smith, from loosening his saddle to serving tea as "soda." When Dan finally snaps and draws his gun, Josh’s pranks take a dangerous turn, leaving the other cowhands uncertain whether the joke has gone too far.

Lash La Rue rides into the Black Hills after hearing of a giant puma terrorizing a group of Pimas, believed by the tribe to be a cursed beast sent by their medicine gods. As he follows fresh, enormous tracks toward Skull Mountain, he must confront the monstrous cat before its rampage sparks a wider conflict with the wary Native American warriors.
