"Laughing It Up" #4 is an anthology of single-panel gag cartoons and jokes. The visible cartoons include a couple's engagement announcement where the woman mentions planning to marry Jack Olliver next week; a mother watching her daughter perform a striptease act on stage, reassuring her she'll be right there "soon as Hoppy is over"; a new father at a maternity hospital thanking his wife for letting him pick out the baby's last name; and a man at a beach pointing out his daughter Toni in a swimsuit lineup, identifying her by her sunglasses.
