When a scientist on the planet Zuun in the 31st century, Marr Londo, doesn't produce a formula to enhance the healing and physical abilities of humans fast enough, his benefactor, Lord Vykor, kills the scientist's wife. After using the formula on himself and his son, Londo attempts to take his revenge, but fails, leaving his son, Brin, an orphan. Brin grows up and, though he considers personally taking revenge with the enhanced abilities given him by his father, he decides to turn Lord Vykor over to the authorities for justice.
