☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis issue contains two stories. "Ship Wrecker!" follows Li'l Genius and the Olsens on an ocean voyage where Li'l Genius inadvertently causes chaos aboard ship, including a confrontation with enemy U-boats and battle stations, ultimately ending with him in the water questioning what he did. In "Marvin the Matador!", the famous bullfighter Marvin leads a parade and performs in a bullfighting ring, dramatically swirling his red cape as he faces off against a fierce bull while crowds cheer with delight.
OLLIE, a young boy on a family ocean voyage, becomes the accidental center of chaos after his mother leaves him in charge of her prized coin collection. As he explores the ship, his innocent antics—mistaking a gorilla for a circus act, causing a lifeboat drill panic, and nearly toppling a passenger with a misplaced shuttlecock—lead to one hilarious mishap after another.
Marvin the Matador, celebrated for his daring bullfighting prowess, faces off against the formidable El Toro in a dramatic showdown. As the crowd watches in breathless anticipation, the bull unexpectedly looks up with a tear and whispers, "Why?"—leaving Marvin stunned and questioning the moment.
Daniel Boone, a skilled frontiersman and marksman, ventures into the untamed wilderness of Kentucky, where he faces challenges from the land and its Indigenous inhabitants. Despite being captured twice, he persists in his quest to establish a safe settlement, eventually building a stockade that becomes the foundation of Boonesborough.
