Lil' Tomboy and her dad visit the zoo, where her mischievous antics — including pretending to hunt animals and trying to "rescue" her dad from a lion pit — lead to a series of funny mishaps. As she insists on feeding the animals and declaring her own "hunting" exploits, her dad tries to keep her in line while she insists on taking a fish home.

Li'l Tomboy discovers her tooth has fallen out and, inspired by her dad’s tale of a fairy trading teeth for dimes, tucks it under her pillow. That night, the fairy visits—only to be startled by a group of her friends who’ve lost teeth during a boxing lesson she’s just taught them.

Lil Tomboy refuses to get another haircut, remembering how badly the last one went, despite her mom and the barber insisting it's time. The story follows her reluctant trip to the barber shop, where her dread is palpable.

Li'l Tomboy stays up late doing weight-lifting in secret, convinced her mother disapproves. When a boy catches her, she’s startled—until he reveals he’s also lifting weights at night to avoid his mom’s rules, and they bond over their shared secret. But when the boy suddenly falls down, Li'l Tomboy realizes she might have been playing with more than just a friend.

Lil Tomboy claims she’s practicing on the piano, but her mom hears nothing—only to discover Lil Tomboy is doing handstands on it. When her friends tease her about being scared of a spooky mask, they sneak it into her house to test the claim, only to find she’s not afraid at all.

A young girl proudly declares she’s fixed the family’s pool table by plugging all its holes, much to her father’s dismay. When he questions how, she explains her solution with cheerful confidence, unaware of the unintended consequences.
