Life with Archie #66
In "Breadfruit Bonanza!", Archie’s latest scheme takes a turn for the artistic when he hears graffiti is considered a legitimate art form—prompting him to transform Riverdale’s walls into a canvas of playful (and pointed) slogans, much to the dismay of a certain bespectacled pal. Written by Frank Doyle and brought to life with signature charm by artist Harry Lucey, with inks by Mario Acquaviva and lettering by the same, this 1967 classic captures the era’s humor with a 12-cent dose of mischief. The cover by Bob White and Jon D'Agostino perfectly frames the chaos.
