Snarky Parker and Heathcliff are enlisted to help retrieve gold dust hidden in a cave, but Snarky grows suspicious when he feels watched. Meanwhile, a mysterious figure named Nolan reveals he’s been following Snarky and plans to steal the gold, while Snarky, pretending to be busy chasing flying saucers, schemes to outwit the thief and protect Miss Butterbelles.

Snarky Parker sets off to kidnap Butter, the family cat, for ransom after a misunderstanding at the fishing pond, leaving a note demanding cheese. When Snarky returns and discovers Butter missing, he and Paw follow clues—including scooter tracks and a mysterious note—while trying to outwit the culprit, who may be Ronald R. The chase leads them on a wild ride involving a helicopter, a magnifying glass, and a surprise confrontation at a hidden house.

Snarky Parker is evicted by the grumpy Mr. Frog Face, who delivers a disposal notice, leaving him desperate. Pee Wee Powerhouse steps in to help, challenging Frog Face to a strength contest — but when Snarky points out Frog Face’s legendary croak, Pee Wee suggests a voice-off instead, leading to a showdown of vocal power.
