Ramsey Chillingswaithe tags along and insists on joining Gadgetman and Gimmick-Kid in their crime-fighting, but Gadgetman traps him in a bubble to keep him out of trouble. The heroes confront the Shocker but are stopped short when he threatens to kill civilians. As the heroes try to think of a way to stop the Shocker, Ramsey escapes his bubble and tries to think of a way to help.
