"Outlaw of Space" follows Captain Condor and his companion Pete, who escape from mines on Titan in gyro-cars and must evade pursuing guards while attempting a daring rescue across a canyon. "The Lone Commandos" depicts British commandos discovering a German plot involving a silver coin used to operate machinery at a castle, leading to a tense infiltration where the Germans attempt to move prisoners via trolley system before the commandos can prevent it. "Jingo Jones and His Invisibiliser" recounts Jingo's encounter with a strong man at a circus, where he uses his invisibiliser device to outwit the performer and recover a stolen jack. The issue also includes a "World-Wide Quiz" feature with illustrated questions covering geography, animals, vehicles, and international culture.
