Also included is "Skipper of the Wheezy Anna," where Stormy discovers a mysterious message in a bottle reporting a castaway on Kidd Island and sets out on a dangerous sea voyage to attempt a rescue. The issue also contains a "World-Wide Quiz" feature with questions on geographical landmarks, historical events, and general knowledge.
Brett Marlowe and his chauffeur, Rusty Race, witness a television star named Glyn Corton attacked on a train to London, though the assailant escapes before Brett can catch him. Corton reveals he's been receiving threatening extortion letters, but claims he's never seen his attacker before—though a stick of grease paint left behind offers a curious clue. As Brett and Rusty prepare to watch Corton's broadcast performance of *The Masked Cavalier* the following evening, something in the televised duel scene triggers an urgent realization, sending them racing to the studio.
