Lion #95

Lion #95 is an anthology issue featuring five picture stories. "Captain Condor" depicts a space pilot who travels to Earth's orbit to retrieve a scientist from a space station, where he and his crew encounter weightlessness and must contend with enemy spies attempting to sabotage the hub's machinery. "Stormy Tate—Skipper of the Wheezy Anna" follows a ship captain in the South Seas who races his vessel against a rival ship called the Swordfish to win a contract, ultimately triumphing despite engine trouble. The issue also includes a Western tale featuring characters Matt and Salty, as well as a "World-Wide Quiz" featuring ten visual trivia questions for readers to answer.
