Little Angel contains two stories. In the first, Little Angel's parents host a dinner party when a burglar attempts to break in; Mr. Higgins chases the burglar away before he can steal anything, and the family thanks him for his bravery. In the second story, Little Angel helps her father paint the floor and later prevents the family dog from walking across the wet paint by carrying him, leaving footprints everywhere and creating chaos in the house.
