Eva convinces Hot-Rod to play house, pretending to be Daisy’s father for a chance at chocolate-covered marshmallow cookies, but the game takes a turn when Nipper and Ike unexpectedly join in — leading to a series of escalating, laugh-out-loud mishaps as the boys scramble to keep their roles secret.

Hot-rod receives a mysterious package labeled "Space Suit" and, convinced it's real, sets out to build a space ship—only to accidentally launch a toy rocket that crashes into a tree. When he climbs the tree, he's startled to find himself face-to-face with a boy claiming to be a space man, sparking disbelief and chaos as his friends arrive and the situation spirals into a wild misunderstanding.

Eva’s father surprises the family by bringing his boss, Mr. Dibble, home for dinner—just as Eva’s mother is too tired to cook. Chaos ensues when Eva’s mischievous frog causes a series of mishaps, including a mistaken dinner invitation and a broken clock that leads to a hilarious misunderstanding about the time.

Eva helps her mother hang laundry when a group of boys, led by Nipper, tricks her and her friends into trading their rope for free dolls at Blatz’s store. After the boys escape with the dolls, Eva realizes the rope is gone — and now she’s stranded, unable to reach the clothesline on the high pole.

In a playful adventure, a young boy and his dog Nipper search for hidden treasure, starting in an attic and then venturing into an old, slightly spooky house. Their excitement builds when they discover a heavy chest with a stubborn padlock, leading them to try increasingly absurd methods to open it—only to find the treasure inside is far more unexpected than they imagined.
