This issue contains two stories: In the first, Little Eva's friend Nipper gets his hair cut too short and Eva volunteers to give him a shampoo to help improve his appearance, but the shampoo bottle accidentally sprays him repeatedly, soaking him thoroughly. In "Short Stuff in The Giant," a small boy encounters a giant's oversized shoe and boot, gets blown away by the giant's movements, and encounters some frogs before the giant's foot causes chaos. The final story shows Eva as a lifeguard rescuing a boy from the water when his hat blows away; she manages to retrieve him and his hat after several comedic mishaps in the ocean.

Bigger and Better Ghosts

When the chaos finally ends, Eva and Nipper return home, only to discover the hat was already destined for the trash, and the whole ordeal was for nothing.
