Little Max Comics #22

Little Max Comics #22 is an anthology issue featuring two stories. The lead story, "The Little Max Special," illustrated by Emma Fisher, shows Little Max and an adult in winter weather struggling with an umbrella that keeps getting turned inside out by the wind and rain. In the second story, "Lil Dot: Sunday Coat" by Hermon, a young girl named Lil Dot spends a week admiring a green coat in a store window and eventually receives it as a gift, but the coat is quickly ruined when she plays outside with her dog, leading to her wishing for a new coat instead.
