Len was betrayed by his friend Flashy and his girlfriend Betty and served 4 years in prison. When he’s released, Len is aided by Ginny, attends dental school, and marries her. 15 years after their last encounter, Flashy is Len’s patient and Len contemplates killing him, but changes his mind. Len also sees how much Betty has aged, and realises he got the best of the deal with Ginny.
