Maldor Darkmoon and his apprentice encounter the witch Hexiga in a cage. She mentions a ring that opens the Dungeons of the Damned. Darkmoon tells him not to trust witches. As Slayer and the Werewolf battle nearby, Melvin, one of trapped boys, falls from the water tower but is caught midair by Golden Man, who hovers by the tank. Golden Man takes a floppy disk from Melvin and then drops him. Detectives Skorzeny and Macintosh arrive to see Slayer standing over Melvin's dead body. In Dracula's mansion, Igor talks to Billy's corpse. Billy is the missing boy who the police have been looking for.
