Bruce Banner solicits Dr. Strange's help in trying to keep the Hulk under control. Juggernaut finds his powers waning as he wastes away and he and Black Tom capture Wong in an attempt to get the Cytorrak ruby from Dr. Strange. Bruce, who finally seems to have his monster under control, has to release the Hulk once again so he can save Strange from the powered up Juggernaut.
