“In absentia”

"In absentia" delivers a tense, high-stakes thriller from Brian Michael Bendis and Leinil Francis Yu, where the New Avengers return home only to face a chilling revelation: Elektra may be a Skrull. With power failing mid-flight and the plane hurtling toward Chicago, panic sets in as the team scrambles to survive the crash—only Spider-Woman, unharmed by the fall, can act. The cover by Gerald Parel captures the moment’s urgency, while Bendis and Yu craft a story where trust is the most fragile thing of all.

The New Avengers fly back to the states. Elektra has been revealed to be a Skrull and they begin to realize that this could signify a larger secret invasion. It doesn't help when it is speculated that any one of them could be a Skrull. Diverting to Chicago due to problems in New York, all power in the plane is shut off as they approach the city. Scrambling to survive a crash landing, the team leaps into action as the plane goes down. Spider-Woman, the only one unaffected by the crash as she is able to fly, cuts down Wolverine and takes the Skrull Elektra's body to deliver it to Tony Stark.
