Joseph decides to try and uncover his past as Magneto. Joseph searches for portions of Avalon and runs into the Acolytes who believe their savior has returned. Exodus puts his plans into motion to launch New Avalon which would kill millions of people in the process. Cortez convinces Joseph to impersonate Magneto to stop Exodus' mad plan.
