The Widow is trying to escape from members of the Sword of Judgment when she literally runs over the Thing who is out taking a walk in the park with Alicia. The Sword captures the Thing and the Widow and takes them to their floating ocean platform where Natasha learns that the terrorists are being led by an old flame. While the Thing tries to pull up three miles of cable attached to a powerful nuclear bomb from the ocean floor, Black Widow fights off Agamemnon and his followers to give her ally time to save the world from destruction.
