Marvel Two-in-One #2
In "Manhunters from the Stars!", a childlike alien named Wundarr crash-lands near Namorita, sparking a chaotic chase that brings him to New York and into a clash with the Thing. Written by Steve Gerber and brought to life with dynamic art by Gil Kane and inks by Joe Sinnott, this 1974 issue unfolds as the Thing must protect Wundarr from a relentless alien pursuit—aided by Namor and his cousin—before the giant robot sent to eliminate him overwhelms them all. The cover by John Romita captures the tension, with Wundarr’s wide-eyed innocence contrasting the looming threat of his own kind.
