Mighty Mouse Fun Club Magazine #1
In "How the Mighty Mouse Fun Club Was Organized," Mighty Mouse swaps his heroic guise for a night of ordinary mouse mischief at a Halloween party—only to find himself targeted by a Witch-Cat who’s not fooled by his disguise and has a poison apple ready. Art Bartsch handles both art and inks in this 1957 tale from Mighty Mouse Fun Club Magazine #1, where the usual hero reveal takes a surprising turn.

Mighty Mouse attends a mouse Halloween party in disguise because "It's fun to be an ordinary mouse for a while [and] no one will know who I am." A Witch-Cat plans to disrupt the party and make off with the mice. In a twist to the many stories where Mighty Mouse is disguised and reveals his identity when trouble begins, the Witch-Cat knows that this one particular costumed mouse is really Mighty Mouse and comes prepared with a strength-sapping poison apple.
